havent been able to hit the gym much lately due to my health issues. but these next few weeks im gonna be on the grind for sure! i want my abs to be ripped come beach season!

less than a year ago, i had lost almost all my muscle after college. now im getting it back, and going to exceed what i had in college! booyah!

sn, ive had man thighs since high school. while training for college, i didnt know anything about vertical training so i just figured “you use your legs to jump, so if i use the squat machine everyday ill jump higher!” i was squating like 350-400lbs everyday. so now i have man thighs. slowly trying to slim them down but im convinced ill have them forever now haha. i like them tho, lets people know i mean business! especially in beach volley! =]
